NEWS of the BOYS in the SERVICE

Sgt. Glen Nussbaum returned to Camp Chaffee, Ark., Tuesday afternoon, after spending a 3-day furlough with his mother and brothers.  He had not seen George for nearly two years.  George is a Seaman 1/c and is spending a 30-day furlough with his mother.  He has been home since April 14 after a 10 months voyage in the Atlantic.

George Elmer Nussbaum was born May 18, 1909 to George and Amelia Behnke Nussbaum. He died Nov. 30, 1983 and is buried in Memorial Cemetery, LeMars, IA.
