1st LIEUTENANT
Pat J. Kilbane, husband of Mrs. Lucile Kilbane, 3142 Avenue I, and son of Mrs. Julia Kilbane, 804 North Thirty-second street, has been promoted from second to first lieutenant, according to word received here. He is now in Germany. It is his second promotion in three months. He has been overseas for a year and is the holder of the bronze star with oak leaf cluster, and the purple heart.
