HOME FROM JAPAN—T. Sgt. Deland J. Kelroy, son of M. E. Kelroy, 25 ½ 1st S. E., who has been stationed in Tokyo with the 33rd engineers battalion as construction foreman, received his discharge at Fort Leavenworth, Kans., on Feb. 28, and is now in Mason City with his wife at 403 1st S. W.
Kelroy entered the Army in July, 1943, and has seen service overseas in New Caledonia, New Hebrides and the Philippines.
He left Yokohama, Japan, Feb. 11, on the USS Marshall Victory and arrived in San Francisco on Feb 23.
