Carl E. Gill
Funeral services for Aviation Machinist’s Mate Carl E. Gill, killed accidentally in a plane crash near Mexico City, Sept. 20, will be Tuesday at 2 p. m. in Cutler’s chapel with the Rev. Robert Howard officiating. Bluff City lodge, A.F. and A.M. will also hold a service. Military services will be at the grave in Memorial Park cemetery.

Carl Edward Gill was born July 15, 1916 to Elvin and Minnie Gill. He died Sept.. 20, 1946 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Council Bluffs, IA.
Petty Officer Gill served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
