After spending a 15-day furlough visiting his parents and friends, Pvt. Vernon B. Christensen, son of Mr. and Mrs. C. J. Christensen, 1012 Dawson street, has returned to his post at Pomona, Cal. He was employed at the John Deere plant before going into the service.
