Herschel Gilmore Bright was born July 21, 1914 to Floyd A. and Inez Chamberlain Bright. He died Nov. 11, 1973 and is buried in Memorial Park Cemetery, Sioux City, IA.
Capt. Bright served with the U.S. Army in World War II.
