HAS WINGS
William J. Bestmann, jr., son of Mr and Mrs. William Bestmann of Minden, recently was commissioned a second lieutenant in the air corps, and has returned to Kingman, Ariz., for further training after visiting his parents. He is a former Shelby high school and Iowa State college student.
