2nd Lt. Biggerstaff served in World War II with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry, 34th Division and was KIA in Italy in defense of his country.

James Leroy Billheimer was born May 22, 1924 to Lee R. and Millie Melos Billheimer. He died Mar. 12, 2000 and is buried in Oakwood Cemetery, Walnut Township, Adair County, IA.

James served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Lamoyne Winfred “Chub’ Billheimer was born May 25, 1921 to Lee R. and Millie Melos Billheimer. He died Dec. 20, 1943 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.

Sgt. Billheimer served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 367th Bomber Squadron, 306th Bomber Group, Heavy and was awarded the Air Medal and Purple Heart

Milbert Andrew Billheimer was born May 10, 1913 to Lee R. and Millie Melos Billheimer. He died June 16, 1991 and is buried in Glen Abbey Memorial Park, Chula Vista, CA.

Milbert served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
