William LeRoy McBride was born May 12, 1924 to Leroy and Elizabeth Barber McBride. He died Nov. 6, 1991 in Seattle, WA.

William served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps.

Walter James McCollough was born Sept. 30, 1906 to William Oliver and Abbie Hogaboom McCullough. He died Sept. 21, 1942 and is buried in Memorial Lawn Cemetery, Ottumwa, IA.

Pvt. McCollough served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died while in the service of his country at Fort Leonard Wood, MO.

Walter Glen “Bud" McCoy was born Sept. 29, 1914 to Walter and Mary Charlotte Boxx McCoy. He died Oct. 6, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Chief Petty Officer McCoy served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Seawolf (SS-197) and was MIA/FOD/KIA when that vessel was sunk in error by the USS Rowell, between the Philippines and Indonesia. He was awarded the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Ben Squires McDonald was born Jan. 24, 1914 to George and Emma Fern Squires McDonald. He died Mar. 3, 1945 and is buried in Shaul Cemetery, Ottumwa, IA. He was initially buried in the 4th Marine Division Cemetery on Iwo Jim and returned to the U.S. in 1948.

Pvt. McDonald served in World War II with the U.S. Marine Corps 23rd Regiment, 4th Division and was KIA in combat operations on Iwo Jima, Volcano Islands.

Leland C. McDonald was born Jan. 22, 1919 to John H. and Margaret Foster McDonald. He died Nov. 4, 1943 and is buried in Eldon Cemetery, Eldon, IA.

Sgt. McDonald served in World War II with the U.S. Army 133rd Infantry, 34th Infantry Division and was KIA in Italy.

John Michael McInerney was born Nov. 30, 1925 to Francis James and Agnes P. Lynch McInerney. He died Apr. 14, 1945 and is buried in Calvary Cemetery, Ottumwa, IA.

Pvt. McInerney served in World War II with the U.S. Army 304th Infantry, 76th Division and was KIA in Germany.
