Frank Maurice Worley was born June 4, 1917 to Roy C. and Alberta Belle Houldenworth Worley He died Aug. 9, 1942 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Worley served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Astoria (CA-34) which was sunk from damage inflicted in the Battle of Savo Island. He was KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.
