Pvt. Mueller served in World War II with the U.S. Army 379th Infantry Regiment, 95th Infantry Division and was KIA in France and awarded the Purple Heart.

George Albert Munro was born Feb. 29, 1908 to James A. and Anna Nancy Ryan Munro. He died Dec. 1, 1945 and is buried in Oakdale Memorial Gardens, Davenport, IA.

Pvt. Munro served in World War II with the U.S. Army 158th Field Artillery Battalion.
