William Edward Abendroth was born Sept. 17 1921 to Edward C. and Kate Weedon Abendroth. He died Jan. 21, 1944 and is buried in Sicily-Rome American Cemetery, Nettuno, Italy.

Pvt. Abendroth served in World War II with the U.S. Army 532nd Anti-Aircraft Artillery (Automatic Weapons) Battalion and was KIA in Italy while in the service of his country. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Edward Francis Alfred was born Feb. 26, 1926 to Ellsworth Lawrence and Bertha Mable Jansen Alfred. He died Mar. 15, 1945 and is buried in Lorraine American Cemetery, St. Avold, France.

Pvt. Alfred served in World War II with the U.S. Army 30th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and was KIA in France and awarded the Purple Heart.
