Lynn Bernard Amick was born Oct. 17, 1910 to Charles A. and Jennie Belle Williams Amick. He died Nov. 16, 1944 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery, Dinoze, France.

Pvt. Amick served in World War II with the U.S. Army 409th Infantry Regiment, 103rd Infantry Division and was KIA in France and awarded the Purple Heart.

Earl Arthur Anliker was born July 22, 1926 to Noah and Elizabeth Schmidt Anliker. He died Feb. 13, 1994 and is buried in Saint John the Evangelist Catholic Cemetery, Spring Green, WI.

Pvt. Anliker served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Richard Anliker was born Dec. 8, 1924 to Noah and Elizabeth Schmidt Anliker. He died Jan. 12, 1947 and is buried in Apostolic V Christian Cemetery, Kossuth County, IA.

Richard served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Burleigh (APA-95).

Orville Henry “Ole” Aurand was born Sept. 12, 1917 to William C. and Bertha Anna Fitzer Aurand. He died May 28, 1947 and is buried in Pleasant View Cemetery, Hartley, IA.

Lt. Aurand served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
