Loren Fay Taylor was born July 22, 1920 to Seymour L. and Lenora May Towne Taylor. He died Feb. 11, 1945 (At Sea) and has a cenotaph in Grant Cemetery, Grant, IA. He is memorialized at the Tablets of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Taguig City, Philippines.

1st. Lt. Taylor served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 373rd Bomb Squadron, 308th Bomb Group, Heavy and was the pilot on B-24L #44-41448 on a bombing mission over Tonkin Gulf, French Indo-China which was hit by Japanese anti-aircraft fire and crashed into the sea of Ka-pao Island.

Robert O. Thompson was born in 1920. He died Dec. 22, 1944 and is buried in Ardennes American Cemetery, Neupre, Belgium.

Pvt. Thompson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Infantry Division and became a POW and died while a POW.

William Dale Thompson was born Nov. 29, 1919 to Lewis Ellsworth and Harriet Gay Thompson. He died Aug. 2, 2008 in Burbank, CA.

Sgt. Thompson served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry, 34th Division and was MIA/POW while serving his country.

Harold Edward Timperley was born Oct. 22, 1924 to Edward Eugene and Selina C. Schaumburg Timperley. He died July 1, 2015 and is buried in Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Adel, IA.

Cpl. Timperley served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.

Darl Morgan Tinkham was born Sept. 7, 1915 to Benjamin Raymond and Laura Fern McBrien Tinkham. He died Oct. 17, 1944 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Pvt. Tinkham served in World War II with the U.S. Army Infantry and was KIA in France.

Dean Martin Tomlinson was born Jan. 1, 1914 to Ray M. and Elsie C. Rush Tomlinson. He died Feb. 11, 2000 and is buried in Evergreen Cemetery, Red Oak, IA.

Pvt. Tomlinson served with the U.S. Army 32nd Infantry Division in World War II, serving in New Guinea and the Philippine Islands where he saw extensive combat. He was awarded numerous medals including the Purple Heart and Bronze Star.
