Edward Phillip “Ted” Sealy was born Feb. 19, 1904 to Maurice W. B. and Minnie R. Nessley Sealy. He died Aug. 13, 1943 and is buried in Murdoch-Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA. Ted served with the U.S. Army in World War II.

Robert Leigh Secrist was born Mar. 3, 1922 to William C. and Ellen Nellie Marie Flansburg Secrist. He died Sept. 29, 1944 and is buried in Springville Cemetery, Springville, IA.

Flight Officer Secrist served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps and died in the crash of his P-40 aircraft near Yeso, New Mexico.

Robert Seddon was born Aug. 1924 to Ralph J. and Jane Ann Simpson Seddon. He died July 25, 1944 and is buried in Normandy American Cemetery, Colleville-sur-Mer, France.

Pvt. Seddon served in World War II with the U.S. Army 120th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division and died in the service of his country and was awarded the Purple Heart.

Henry Wesley Severe was born Mar. 9, 1918 to Joe R. and Lela Hight Severe. He died Feb. 7, 2006 and is buried in Cedar Memorial Park, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Henry served in World War II with the U.S. Army Field Artillery.
