Leonard W. Modracek was born Aug. 15, 1916 to Frank L. and Emma M. Kadera Modracek. He died June 14, 1944 and is buried in Shueyville Cemetery, Shueyville, IA.

Cpl. Modracek served in World War II with the U.S. Army Co. C, 357th Infantry, 90th Division and was KIA in France.

Robert J. Modracek was born Sept. 15, 1921 to Frank L. and Emma M. Kadera Modracek. He died Sept. 18, 1944 and is buried in Shueyville Cemetery, Shueyville, IA.

Pvt. Modracek served in World War II with the U.S. Army 506th Parachute Infantry, 101st Airborne Division and was KIA in Holland.

Robert James Moore was born Aug. 22, 1924 to Clifford Charles and Leila Lambert Moore. He died May 8, 1942, was buried at sea, and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines.

Petty Officer Moore served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Yorktown (CV-5) and was KIA in the performance of his duty and in the service of his country in the Battle of the Coral Sea. He was awarded the Purple Heart.

Robert Nathan Moore was born Nov. 18, 1911 to Frank and Candace Sisson Moore. He died Feb. 25, 1975 and is buried in Oak Shade Cemetery, Marion, IA.

Frank served in World War II with the U.S. Army engineers.

Harold Julian Morris was born Apr. 5, 1920 to Floyd Mitchell and Vesper Adhal Elam Morris. He died July 21, 1943 and is buried in Golden Gate National Cemetery, San Bruno, CA.

Chief Petty Officer Morris served in World War II with the U.S. Navy at Naval Air Station, Sitka, Alaska and died in the service of his country in a plane crash while on a mission near Sitka, Alaska.

Harold Wayne Motley was born Feb. 19, 1921 to Joseph and Mabel Odell Gruhn Motley. He died May 9, 1948 and has a cenotaph in Cedar Memorial Park, Cedar Rapids, IA. Harold served with the U.S. Army Air Corps in World War II.
