Donald W Lahman was born Sept. 15, 1917 to Arthur H. and Etta Gail Hogle Lahman. He died Mar. 17, 1943 and is buried in Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Sgt. Lahman served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 7th Bomb Squadron, 34th Bomb Group and died near Blythe, CA while in the service of his country.

Arthur Ralph Larimer was born Sept. 3, 1915 to John Alexander and Bertha Elizabeth Gertling Larimer. He died July 15, 1943 and is buried in Murdoch-Linwood Cemetery, Cedar Rapids, IA.

Pvt. Larimer served in World War II with the U.S. Army and died from acute sunstroke while marching with his company at the Training Center at Camp Hope, New Orleans, LA.

Kenneth Milo Lemasters was born Mar. 27, 1926 to Floyd Lowell and Alice Elizabeth Draper Lemasters. He died Dec. 13, 1944 and is buried at the Manila American Cemetery and Memorial, Manila, Philippines.

Petty Officer Lemasters served in World War II with the U.S. Navy and was KIA on Leyte, Philippine Islands while serving his country.

Willard A. Lineweaver was born Dec. 28, 1923 to Charles W. and Daisy Keever Lineweaver. He died May 1, 1945 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Ceadr Rapids, IA.

Pvt. Lineweaver served in World War II with the U.S. Army Military Police and died in Germany while in the service of his country.

Pvt. Livermore served in World War II with the U.S. Army 168th Infantry and was KIA in Tunisia while serving his country.

Richard Wesley Lones was born Aug. 26, 1912. He died Oct. 6, 1945 and is buried in Woodlawn Cemetery, Lima, OH.

Cpl. Lones served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 873rd Bomb Squadron, 498th Bomb Group and died near San Francisco, CA as a result of injuries sustained in an airplane accident in the line of duty.

George E. Lucas was born Mar. 27, 1921 to George Emanuel and Mae L. Benda Lucas. He died Jan. 13, 1945 and is buried in Henri-Chapelle American Cemetery, Hombourg, Belgium.

Pvt. Lucas served in World War II with the U.S. Army 120th Infantry Regiment, 30th Infantry Division and was KIA in Belgium and awarded the Purple Heart.
