Albert Allen Abel was born Sept. 26, 1922 to Alonzo Elbert and Maggie Mabel Reynolds Abel. He died Aug. 4, 1944 and is buried in Fort Leavenworth National Cemetery, Fort Leavenworth, KS.

Pvt. Abel served in World War II with the U.S. Army 116th Infantry, 29th Division and was KIA in France.

Arnold Eugene Adams was born Mar. 13, 1923 to Lloyd Eugene and Esther Leota Stuart Adams. He died Mar. 3, 1949 and is buried in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton, IA.

1st Lt. Adams served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps.

William Alfred Anderson was born Aug. 26, 1921 to Clark and Areatha Alice Shill Anderson. He died July 21, 2006 and is buried in Newton Union Cemetery, Newton, IA. Pvt. Anderson served with the U.S Army in World War II and was awarded the Purple Heart.
