Bradley served with the U.S. Navy in World War II aboard the minesweeper USS YMS-170.

Staff Sgt. Osvig served with the U.S. Army as an infantry instructor. He was wounded in a training accident at his army base in FL.

Clarence Raymond was born in Jan. 1, 1917. He died in Apr. 24, 2012 and is buried in the Radcliffe Cemetery, Radcliffe, IA.

He was a veteran of World War II, having participated in many important battles in the South Pacific, most notably Iwo Jima and Saipan.

Mr. and Mrs. O. Osvig had a their dinner guests Sunday, Mr. and Mrs. Albert Ratske, Beverly and Avery, Mr. and Mrs. Omer Hamre, Beatrice Duden, Alvina Osvig of Boone and Virgil Osvig.

Mrs. Osvig was remembered by letters from her four sons in service, Clarence in Hawaii, Ernest in Alaska, Elmer and Melvin in Washington, D. C.
