Lee Mainert Faber was born May 20, 1923 to Peter and Signe Larson Faber. He died Feb. 1, 1944 and is memorialized at the Walls of the Missing, Manila American Cemetery, Taguig City, Philippines and in Saint Johns Lutheran Cemetery, Hampton, IA.

Petty Officer Faber served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Scorpion (SS-278) when that vessel was lost at sea. He was MIA/FOD/KIA and awarded the Purple Heart.

Gerald Franklin Foughty was born June 4, 1915 to Frank D. and Pearl G. Blaine Foughty. He died May 3, 1975 and is buried in Hampton Cemetery, Hampton, IA.

Gerald served in World War II with the U.S. Navy.
