Floyd August Henry Flugge was born Sept. 8, 1921 to Elmer John Heinrich and Elsie Caroline Lubbert Flugge. He died Sept. 24, 2000 and is buried in Iowa Veterans Cemetery, Van Meter, IA.

Petty Officer Flugge served in World War II with the U.S. Navy aboard the USS Dyson (DD-572).

Lloyd Emil Flugge was born June 28, 1920 to Elmer John Heinrich and Elsie Caroline Lubbert Flugge. He died Mar. 1, 2013 and is buried in Sunnyside Memory Gardens, Charles City, IA.

Sgt. Flugge served in World War II with the U.S. Army and received the Purple Heart, Bronze Star, Combat Infantry Badge and Good Conduct Badge along with several other medals.
