Lloyd Billings was born Feb. 2, 1925 to Luther A. and Katherine L. Farnham BIllings. He died Dec. 10, 1992 and is buried in Riverside Cemetery, Charles City, IA.

Lloyd served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 55th Weather Reconnaissance Squadron, Long Range Weather.
