Maurice Lester Jones was born Sept. 1, 1901 to Minor Marvin and Emma Elizabeth Traver Jones. He died Aug. 22, 1990 in Mesa, AZ.
Maurice in World War II as a Chaplain with the U.S. Army and served in the South Pacific and the Philippines. He was a member of the Army Reserve, retiring with the rank of Lt. Colonel.
