Norman Jacob Kucker was born Sept. 24, 1922 to Joseph and Augusta Muller Kucker. He died Oct. 8, 1964 and is buried in Oak Hill Cemetery, Lampasas, TX.

Sgt. Kucker served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 99th Troop Carrier Squadron.

Carl Nelson Kuebler was born Sept. 9, 1918 to Tommy Nelson and Ida Mabel Lents Kuebler. He died Jan. 17, 1952 and is buried in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery, Lidderdale, IA.

Sgt. Kuebler served in World War II with the U.S. Army Air Corps 147th Army Airways Communication Systems Squadron.

Ervin F. Kuhl was born Oct. 31, 1916 to Leo M. and Theresa Stangl Kuhl. He died Dec. 22, 1976 and is buried in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Templeton, IA.

Sgt. Kuhl served in World War II with the U.S. Army 36th Armored Infantry Regiment.

Melvin Kuhse was born May 20, 1908 to Henry and Ansine Taddicken Kuhse. He died Oct. 28, 1966 and is buried in Lakeview Cemetery, Spirit Lake, IA.

Melvin served in World War II with the U.S. Army and was a POW for three and one-half years. He was awarded the Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, American Service Ribbon with Bronze star, Asiatic Theatre Ribbon, and Philippine Defense Ribbon with Bronze Battle Star.

Leo Henry Kuker was born June 28, 1912 to Jacob and Antonia Schlichter Kuker. He died Dec. 1, 1979 and is buried in Mount Olivet Cemetery, Carroll, IA.

Lt. Col. Kuker served as a Surgeon with the U.S. Army Air Corps 96th Bomb Wing in World War II.
