Donald Burrell Primmer was born Oct. 30, 1918 to William Henry and Dessie Pearl Brooks Primmer.. He died Sept. 30, 1944 and is buried in Epinal American Cemetery and Memorial, Dinoze, France.
Pvt. Primmer served in World War II with the U.S. Army 7th Infantry Regiment, 3rd Infantry Division and was awarded the Purple Heart and Silver Star.
