This photo of the Shell Rock River dam in Northwood, dated 1937, is from the collection of Luther Little. Luther is the son of Stella Swensrud Little who taught school in a rural school house in the area.

The photo was submitted to the Worth County GenWeb by Barbara McCoy who said the dam was behind her grandmother's house in Northwood.
