| Joint Public Installation of Officers of Winneshiek and Oneota (Rebekah) Lodges. Joseph Haines, of Waukon, District Deputy Grand Master, I. O. O. F., paid Decorah an official visit yesterday for the purpose of installing the officers of Winneshiek Lodge No. 58, and Oneota Rebekah Lodge No. 175. Besides a full attendance of members of the order there were quite a number of unaffiliated visitors. The work was performed with the assistance of the following members: |

| After the exercises in the hall, the different lodges and their guests repaired to Hedges restaurant where refreshments were served. |
