There is a photo copy of the History of the Old Settler's Association in the Washington County Genealogical Society library collection.
The original handwritten book is in the possession of Bob Kennedy who purchased it at a sale. It was penned by quill or metal tip dipped in ink.
This excerpt was transcribed by Joanne Breen. She attempted to valid hard-to-read names using various county history books.

The Washington County Old Settler's Association was established in 1877. The elected Officers and the townships they were from are listed below:
President: Anson Moore of Brighton Township
Vice Presidents: Jonathan H. Wilson of Washington; Roswell S. Mills of Brighton; David Bunker of English River
Treasurer: James Dawson of Washington
Secretary: Nathan Littler of Washington
Executive Committee: George W. Foreman & Oliver H. Prizer of Brighton; John Spencer Reeves & J. L. L. Terry of Washington; William S. Pringle of Clay
