I am looking for information for GEORGE & EMILY CLOUGH parents of Jennie May Clough, born July 18, 1871. I have information that they left Iowa in 1889 to come to Nebraska. I would like to know when George & Emily were married and if there were anyother children. I am researching ANDREW J. BIVENS who was b 15 Nov 1837 in Washington Daviess Co, IN, he died 18 Dec 1920 in Creston, Union Co, IA. He maried SUSAN MCBRIDE in 1859 who d Feb 20, 1920 and they both are buried at Graceland Cemetery in Creston. They had 11 children: DANIEL,JESSE, THOMAS, WILLIAM, CHARLES, EVA, CHARLOTTE, ELIZABETH, EDITH, MARTHA, CLEMENT. I would like to find out more about his father ISRAEL BIVENS and his mother ELIZABETH JOHNSON. Andrew J. is my grgrandfather. Looking for Mary E. Forrest, born around 1840 to William and Janet (Drynan) FORREST, who came from Scotland to Ontario, Canada in 1820. They moved to Hartland Twp., Illinois in 1840. Mary E. Forrest married a Charles Heaton and lived in Topeka, Kansas and then married a Z. Riley and moved to Iowa. I have no idea where in Iowa that they lived. She had a sister Jessie Forrest born 14 Sep 1837 who married James Vanarsdale and also lived somewhere in Iowa. How would I start to try and find these people? ZYBARTH - METZ. Sandra Zybarth. denderle@netins.net I am searching for the family of John H. and Hattie A. Zybarth Metz. They moved to Creston in 1920. They had lived near Grant, Iowa and then in 1900 they moved to a farm east of Corning, Iowa. I am looking most for information on Hattie, she was born Jan. 1865, in North Prussia, and married John H. Metz on Oct. 13, 1887 in Muscatine Co. Her parents were Elaxius and Julia Radke Zybarth. I think that Hattie came here when she was about 8 years old. I know that she worked in the Montpelier Twp., Muscatine, Iowa. I have found that Johns parents, George Metz and his second wife moved to be near them in Creston. Hattie was my great-aunt on my fathers side of the family. John and Hattie had children ; Joseph M. b. Feb. 1891 ; George A. b. June 1893 ; Edward E. b. Oct. 1895; Elsie M. b. Dec. 1897 ; Mary E. b. March 1900; Adaline G. b. abt. 1907. Would like to find out anything that I can about Hattie. Also if her real name could have been Hedwig. I have found that she is buried in Creaton . Thanks a lot.

I believe there are still relatives in the area of Afton. His father was named James and his mother was Martha STURGIS. Siblings included Ralph, Clovis, Lavern, Helen, Harriet, and June (Jessie). I am seeking information on the family of Levant D. GODDARD and his wife Catherine Alberta LOUDON/ LOUDEN. Both were born in Creston, Union Co., Iowa. He about 1872 and she about 1875. This couple had several children, many of whom died very young. Some of their names were: Helen Ruth, b. 1903; Lucy, b. 1905; Clarence; Julia, b. 1909; and Lena, b. 1906. Their children were all born in Creston. In 1910, the family left Iowa for Montana. They settled in Wyoming about 1923. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Hello, Seeking any information on Edward E ROLLINGS or Iva G. CARTER who were married in Afton, Iowa on Oct. 11 1887. Their daughter Iva Geraldine Rollings was born in Afton, Iowa on 6 Jun. 1889.
