I am looking for information about my g-uncle, G. D. DARNALL, M.D. He lived in West Union, IA and practiced medicine there for over fifty years. He was born on 28 May 1843 in Paris, IL, graduated from Ohio Medical college in 1867, and located to IA. He was president of the Fayette Nat'l Bank, served on the city council for 14 years and elected to the lower house of the Iowa legislature during the twenty-second general assembly. My records do not show a marriage or children for him. I am specifically interested in his parents, Capt. William Darnall and Liza Jane Metcalfe (dates and places of birth, marriage and death)
