Her parents were among the early pioneers of this part of the state, of strong character, honest and sincere. The entire development of this county has been to them as an open book.
Although born of this sturdy parentage, Mrs. Hall had been practically an invalid for several years, while the best physicians the country affords could not help her to regain her health. A few weeks before her death she was stricken with paralysis and never recovered. The Master called her; she must obey.
She was a member of the Methodist Episcopal church, having united in 1895.
In 1907 she was married to Alfred [Pierson] Hall and to them were born two children, Acheah [Achsah] R. [uth] and Hampton T. [ravolia] Hall. She was born and grew to womanhood in this community, and here the most of her years have been spent. She leaves a large circle of friends, who join with her children, her aged father, the sister and brother to mourn her death, her mother having preceded her in death but a few weeks.
The funeral was held at the home of her father, H. [ampton] Wintermute, in east Bedford, at two oÕclock p. m., November 2, conducted by the Rev. Fred Willis, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church of this city. The remains were laid to rest in Fairview cemetery.
