"Remember Me" Remember me when you share a cup of coffee, Remember me when you listen to a friend, Remember me when you're planting trees or flowers, Remember me with those birthday cards you send. Remember me when you face life's pain and sorrow, And need a listening ear to assure you it's not the end, Remember me in your laughter and your sharing, In your living and your loving of family and of each friend. Remember me sitting on the edge of my chair, So I wouldn't miss anything of this life shared with you, Your talks, letters, phone calls and "Shish" that surprise party! Remember! Because you can be sure I'm remembering you. Remember me when you open your homes in love to others, Or hold your wives and husbands close to you, Remember me in fresh breads, cookies, pies and pie crust rolls, And remember, I'll always be remembering you. Remember how you made my life worth living, All of you, my children Dean and Dick, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, too, You all were the source of my laughter, courage, and loving, Remember with hope, because from heaven, I will be remembering you. written by Marcia Smith Wood read by Pam
