Lush Purchases Schoolhouse

Homer Lush bought the school house in District No. 9, Washington Township at public auction last Friday for $265. Mr. Lush will move it onto his farm and remodel it into a residence.

Washington Twp #9 Sec 30 Chestnut Ave & 500th Street The old school was moved 1/4 mile west and a boxcar was added and made into a home for a bachelor.
