SIOUX COUNTY SCHOOL NOTES

Since the last school news release, Directors have reported the following former Sioux County teachers who have taken jobs in order to help out in the present teacher shortage in Sioux County:

No. 3, Washington; June Newman
No. 4, Washington; Louise Holtkamp
No. 7, Reading; Lucille Goodmanson
No. 9, Reading, Henrietta Krommendyke
No. 3, Settlers; Mrs. Joan Harmelink
No. 3, Welcome; Helen J. Schaap
No. 5, West Branch; Joan Vander Schaaf
No. 7, Center; Mrs. Esther Vande Hoef.

We are certainly happy to have these teachers volunteer their services in this time of great need, in order to keep rural schools in operation.
