Willard BRISTOL died 16 November 1889, in Polk Township, Shelby County, Iowa, at home of acute tonsilitus at age 45. His death record is recorded in Shelby Death Book 2, Page 5. How can I find out who his parents were since I didn't find it in the County's Death Record? His wife, Catherine "Kate" HOLMAN - BRISTOL is buried in the Redline Cemetery.
Their children were Pete, Rilla, James, Charles, Mabel, Ernest, and Moses(?) according to the 1885 Iowa Census. Other possible children were Lena Leone BRISTOL (Shelby County, Birth Book 1, Page 209) and Minnie Edith BRISTOL (Shelby Birth Book 1, Page 209) Are there any descendants of these children living in Shelby County? My husband is the great grandson of Charles BRISTOL. Any information concerning this family would be appreciated. Thanks.
