The unknown photo above has been contributed by a descendant of the Earl Davis/Elmer Norgaard family of Harlan. The only identification on the back is "Norgaard" written in pencil. The owner indicates that Elmer Norgaard was a pharmacist in the Masonic Building at 7th and Durant in Harlan for many years. She is wondering if the photo might be of that building, or perhaps more likely the "Jack Building/Shelby Co Bank" building which is known to have been a barber shop for a short period of time (c. 1909).
