Total of 989 officers and men, 68 were killed, 224 died, 270 were discharged, 313 wounded, 6 were missing, 88 were captured and 34 were transferred. Mustered into service Nov 1 1861. Mustered out of service at Louisville, Ky, July 21,1865.
