First School, Odebolt
The above building (at right) which now houses Erickson's produce
and Van's Hamburger shop, was the first building used in Odebolt
for a school. The picture was taken several years ago when it was
occupied as a harness shop.

Above is a typical graduation class of the Odebolt high school today. These students were graduated in 1937, just 50 years later than those at the top of the page. As the years have gone by the numbers have increased in the graduating classes. Caps and gowns are furnished by the school at a nominal rental fee.
