POE -- The Christmas program of the Poe No. five [Center] and eight [Pleasant Valley] schools will be held December 21. Those who will take part are Millicent and Carolyn WELLS, Eileen STANLEY, Opal JONES, LaVaughn and Billie LOVITT, Ann, Louise and Julia MAGGARD, Franklin MOSIER and Bill REYNOLDS.

Mrs. Nellie STEWART was the teacher for the school year of 1954-55.
