CLEARFIELD - Goldie Wood, 82, of Clearfield, died unexpectedly Wednesday morning, March 15, 1989, at her home.

Services will be 1:30 p.m. Saturday at the First Christian Church, Clearfield. The Rev. Shirley LOCKARD will officiate with burial in the Clearfield Cemetery. A family night will be 7 to 8 p.m. Friday at the Wilson-Watson Funeral Home in Clearfield.

Memorials may be directed to the Congregate Meals in Clearfield.

Mrs. WOOD was born Sept. 16, 1906, in Taylor County to Charles and Cassie (LARRISON) GREER. She married Raymond WOOD Nov. 25, 1922, and he died in January 1977. She lived most of her life in Clearfield and also for a time in Glenwood, Woodward, and Des Moines where they worked in state hospitals.

Survivors include a son, Howard WOOD of Clearfield; a daughter, Pauline (husband Dean) LYDDON of Clearfield; 13 grandchildren; 32 great-grandchildren; and two sisters, Eva MONK and Ava bRUNER, both of Clearfield.
