OBITUARY ~ PATRICIA "PATTY" (STERLING) HAINLINE

Patricia "Patty" HAINLINE, 64, of Bloomfield, Iowa died September 5, 2011 at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics
in Iowa City. She was born August 24, 1947 in Creston, Iowa to Ivan and Dorothy SEVIER STERLING. She married Fred HAINLINE
September 29, 1968 in Maryville, Missouri. He preceded her in death December 16, 2008. Patty was a teacher associate for
the Davis County Schools. She was a member of the Bloomfield Christian Church, Blue Ribbon Foundation, Retired Teachers
Association, Davis County Music Boosters and volunteered at the Iowa State Fair. Patty enjoyed camping, gardening, and
spending time with family and friends. She is survived by a son, Terry HAINLINE of Ottumwa, Iowa; two daughters, Melissa
(Lafe) SMITH of Owatonna, Minnesota and Robyn HAINLINE of Aurora, Colorado; fivegrandchildren; two brothers, Den STERLING
of Kingston, Texas and Doug STERLING of Tingley, Iowa, and a sister, Nancy ROLFE of West Valley City, Utah. She was
preceded in death by her parents, husband and two brothers, Robert and John STERLING. Funeral services were held on
Saturday, September 10, 2011 at the Bloomfield Christian Church with Pastor Jack KNOX officiating. Burial was in the Rose
Hill Cemetery in Mount Ayr, Iowa. Wagler Funeral Home in Bloomfield was in charge of the arrangements.
