Man of Letters
William J. DENNIS who was born and grown to manhood in the Middle Fork community, and became a scholar and
teacher of considerable note, died at his home in Fairfield Wednesday, October 3 at the age of past sixty-five years.
Funeral services were held at Fairfield and Des Moines, and burial was in Glendale cemetery, in Des Moines.
