OBITUARY - HENRY CLAY BUNKER
 Henry Clay BUNKER was born in Hardin county, Ohio, April 2, 1844, and died at the home of his niece, Mrs. Chas. WALTERS,
near Ellston, Iowa, September 1, 1926, aged 82 years, four months and 29 days. When seven years of age he with his parents
and brothers and sisters moved to Indiana and at twelve years of age removed to Wills county, Illinois, and in 1862 came to
Ringgold county, Iowa, and has since made that his home. He was a member of Wirt Lodge, No. 554 of the I.O.O.F. There are
left to mourn his loss one sister, Mrs. H. WILLIAMS, of Chicago, Ill., and several nephews and nieces. The funeral was
held at the Chas. WALTERS home Friday morning, September 3d, conducted by Rev. K. E. NESBIT, pastor of the M. E. church of
Ellston. The remains were followed to the Mount Ayr [Rose Hill] cemetery where the interment took place. The sister, Mrs. WILLIAMS,
of Chicago, was present at the funeral, and, included with the family to whom is extended the sympathy of the friends and
neighbors of this place and vicinity.
