Death of George W. Abarr
Monday Night in Omaha
Was 75 Years Old
George W. ABARR, former Redding boy, son of the late Mr. and Mrs. John W. ABARR of this community, died Monday night
last week at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Tom McCAQUE in Omaha, Nebraska, at the age of seventy-five years and seven
months. He spent most of his life as [a] telegraph operator, but retired from work a few years ago. Attending the
funeral from this part of the country were his sister, Mrs. Mamie HERREN, and Mrs. Mabel BELL, and Jack and Dorothy
BELL of Grant City, and Mr. and Mrs. John D. HERREN of Kellerton.
