Last Will and Testament of John M. Ammon
I, John M. Ammon, being of sound mind, do hereby will and bequeath my belongings and property as follows:

To my beloved wife I give and bequeath all my property of whatsoever kind to have and hold with power to sell and convey during her life time or while she remains my widow.
In case she should marry, I direct that she take her dowery or one third of what may be then used, and the remainder be divided among my heirs as follows:

To my daughter Mary Catherine Baird one fifth of the same, to my daughter Bertha Baird one fifth, to my daughter Mandy Richard one fifth, to my son Joseph S. Ammon, two fifths of the said remainder.

In case my wife dies my widow, I direct the whole estate be divided as set forth above.

CERTIFICATE OF PROBATE OF WILL.

I, Glenn L. Eichhorn, Clerk of the District Court in and for said County and State, do hereby certify that on the 16th day of Sept. 1914, the will of John M. Ammon, deceased, to which this certificate is annexed, which will is dated May 5th, 1914, was duly admitted to probate by said Court
as and for the last will and testament of said decedent.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and affixed the seal of said Court this 22nd day of Sept. 1914.
