Were cast FOR the adoption of said Measure;

Upon the PUBLIC MEASURE, submitted to and voted upon by the electors at said
election, as follows:
          "SHALL THE DISTRICT DELEGATES TO THE NATIONAL CONVENTION
          BE INSTRUCTED BY THE VOTE OF THE CONGRESSIONAL DISTRICT,"

Were cast FOR the adoption of said Measure;
