CERTIFICATE OF EXCESS OF VOTERS.

     (It is provided by Section 1140 of the Code of 1897 that, if the ballots for any officer exceed the number of voters in the
Poll List, such fact shall be certified, with the number of the excess, in the return; therefore it will be necessary for the Judges
and Clerks of Election to examine carefully as to the number of ballots cast for each officer, and if they find any one has
received more votes than the total number of votes in the Poll Lists the following certificate must be properly filled up and
signed as indicated:)

hereby certify that t the Presidential Preference Primary Election held in said
Precinct on this 10th day of April, A. D. 1916, an excess of ballots were cast

of such excess being also stated opposite each respective name, to-wit:
