71 UTESCH FAMILY MEMBERS HOLD PICNIC AT MUNICIPAL PARK

The Utesch family held their fifth family reunion Sunday, Aug. 10, at the Municipal park in LeMars with 71 members present.

Elected president was Max Utesch; Raymond Jensen, treasurer; and Cora Utesch, secretary for the coming year.

Those present were:  Mr. and Mrs. W. F. Utesch and Ronald; Mr. and Mrs. Ivan Schulz, Gary and Sheryl; Mr. and Mrs. Elmer Kruse, David, Roger and Eugene; Mr. and Mrs. Bert Utesch; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bohlke and Geraldine; Mr. and Mrs. Earl Utesch, Danny, Dianne and Terry; Mr. Paul Utesch; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Jahn; Mr. and Mrs. Bill Muir and Jo Ann; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Peters; Mr. and Mrs. Ed Utesch, Donna Mae and Lois; Mrs. Tillie Utesch, and Jud McDougall, Jr., all from LeMars.

Mr. and Mrs. Donald Utesch, Jerry and Rodney; Mr. and Mrs. Arthur Utesch, Ricci, Randy and Lory; Mr. and Mrs. Fred Utesch, from Sioux City;

Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Jensen, Sharon and Randall; Mr. and Mrs. Tom Bogner; Carol Joy Halweg; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Utesch; and Mr. and Mrs. Frank Utesch, from Moville;

Mr. and Mrs. Louis Wilkin, from Jefferson, S.D.; Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Goodmanson, Gale Barbara, Earl and David, from Correctionville.

Charley Utesch; Mr. and Mrs. Herbert Roby; and Miss Lorraine Utesch, from Akron, and Max Utesch, from Brunsville.

A picnic dinner was served at noon.  The officers in charge provided entertainment for the afternoon.

Mrytle Bogner read the family history of the past years.  During the year there were nine births, one marriage and two deaths.
