Mr. and Mrs. Henry Beyers, Mr. and Mrs. Earl Anstine of Kingsley acted as hosts for the picnic. Fifty members of the family coming from five states were present. All are descendants of Rinaldo Twogood or Sydney Twogood, former pioneer farmers of Plymouth county. Plans were completed to meet in Kingsley, June, 1948. Officers elected were: Mrs. Henry Beyers, Kingsley, president; McKinley Evans, Sioux City, vice president; and Mrs. Chas. Kuhnhenn, Kingsley, secretary-treasurer.
