Son of Mr. and Mrs. J. L. Bradshaw, Battle Creek, Iowa. Corporal Bradshaw was dressing the wounds of a comrade when a high explosive shell hit close to him and caused wounds from which he died about two hours later. Corporal Bradshaw made an excellent record as a leader and a soldier of exceptional qualities.
